Elisabeth Glass: After receiving the highest award of the national music competition "Jugend Musiziert", the fourteen year old Elisabeth Glass gave her debut with the Deutsche Sinfonie-Orchester Berlin. Since then she has established herself internationally as a soloist of the highest order. As a sixteen year old she was the youngest recipient ever of the Yehudi Menuhin Competition Award in London and debuted with the Berlin Philharmonic, as well. Concert highlights of the last years in Europe and Japan were with, among others, the London Symphony Orchestra, Gewandhausorchester Leipzig, Orchestra Santa Cecilia Rome, Orquestra Nacional d'Espagna and the Staatskapelle Berlin. She has worked with such distinguished conductors as Gerd Albrecht, Michael Tilson-Thomas, Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, Yehudi Menuhin, Kurt Masur, Christian Thielemann and Marc Albrecht.
