Kristian Bezuidenhout is a frequent guest artist with Freiburg Baroque Orchestra, Orchestre des Champs Elysées, Orchestra of the 18th Century, Concerto Köln, Chamber Orchestra of Europe and Collegium Vocale Gent and has performed with Philippe Herreweghe, Frans Brüggen, Christopher Hogwood, Pieter Wispelwey, Daniel Hope, Viktoria Mullova, Carolyn Sampson and Mark Padmore.
Bezuidenhout appears at various early music festivals, La Roque d’Anthéron, Musikfest Bremen, Tanglewood Festival and Mostly Mozart Lincoln Center and at many important concert halls including Amsterdam Concertgebouw, Berlin and Köln Philharmonie, Suntory Hall, Theatre des Champs Elysées and Carnegie Hall.
His recent recordings for Harmonia Mundi include Mozart Violin Sonatas with Petra Müllejans and Volume 1 of a projected 10 volume series of the complete keyboard music of Mozart. Other projects include Mendelssohn piano concertos with Freiburg Baroque Orchestra and Schumann Dichterliebe with Mark Padmore. His latest CD release is Beethoven Violin Sonatas with Viktoria Mullova (Onyx label).
Future plans include Mozart Piano Concertos with the Concertgebouw Orkest (Koopman); Haydn & Schubert trio recitals with Viktoria Mullova and Pieter Wispelwey; Mozart with the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment (Cohen); play-direct Mozart programmes with The English Concert and Australian Brandenburg Ensemble and the Salzburg Festival with the Mozarteum Orchester (Antonini).
