Biography

Roussev / Salque / Rozanova Trio: Between 1993 and 1998 Svetlin Roussev won more than 10 international prizes followed by performances with several orchestras including the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France , Orchestre National de Chambre de Toulouse and the Orchestre Symphonique d'Indianapolis. He has also given recitals in China, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapour, Hong Kong and Thaïlande, as well as throughout Europe and America. Svetlin Roussev is super-soloist in the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France.

Finalist in the international competitions of Lausanne (1st Prize), Munich, Geneva and Tchaïkovski, François Salque has obtained the highest distinctions ever attributed to a French celliste in the history of these competitions. He was a member of the Ysaÿe Quartet for 5 years, leaving in December 2004. He performs regularly as a chamber musician with such artists as Jean-Claude Pennetier, Brigitte Engerer, Barry Douglas, Itamar Golan, Emmanuel Pahud, Paul Meyer, Michel Portal, Alexandre Tharaud, Eric Le Sage…

Elena Rozanova has won several international prizes including the Concours Marguerite Long-Jacques Thibault in Paris and the Rotterdam Competition. She has performed as a soloist and chamber musician the Radio France Montpellier Festival, Ravinia, La Roque d’Anthéron, Colmar, Musique à l’Empéri, Serres d’Auteuil… with artists incuding the Aviv and Ysaÿe Quartets, Henri Demarquette, Graf Mourja, Raphaël Oleg, and of course Svetlin Roussev and François Salque.
